Who we are
Content Writo is a content writing agency based in India, run by Amit Kumar. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or work with us, and what we do with it.

What we collect
We collect only what we need to reply to you and do the work.
- When you contact us: your name, email address, company or website if you give it, and whatever you write in the message. The forms on this site open your own email app, so the message is sent by you, to us, like any other email.
- When you message us on WhatsApp: your phone number and the messages you send.
- When we work together: briefs, brand guidelines, access to documents you share, and billing details needed to invoice you.
- When you browse: this site does not set tracking cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this page and say what is used.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote.
- To plan, write, and deliver the work you ordered.
- To invoice you and keep the records that Indian tax law requires.
- To tell you about a change to a project you are already part of.
We do not send marketing emails, and we do not add you to a list because you sent us a message.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
- Service providers: the email, document, and invoicing tools we use to run the business, which process data only on our instructions.
- Platforms: if you hire us through Upwork or Fiverr, those platforms handle your details under their own privacy policies.
- Legal reasons: if the law requires it.
Client work is never used as a sample or shown to anyone else without your written permission.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as the conversation is live and a reasonable time after, in case you come back. Project files and invoices are kept for the period required by Indian accounting rules, then deleted. If you want something removed sooner, ask.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@contentwrito.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Where deletion would conflict with a legal record we must keep, we will explain what stays and why.
Links to other sites
This site links to Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Medium, and WhatsApp. Once you leave this site, their policies apply, not ours.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the date at the top of the page will change. For anything significant, we will also tell current clients directly.
